If you have noticed, there are a lot of critters around our home, and we have a talent for finding them as well as catching them. Since we have moved in we have had a hole under our porch. We just kep filling it in with dirt hoping the animal would move on. We never saw it and other than a hole in the dirt it never bothered us.
Well we are getting ready to put our house up on the market and thought we should take care of the critter. We figured out what it was and actualy saw it go in and out of the hole.
So we got a trap... and bated it with jelly...
and this is what we caught about 8 hours later.

Thats right a Skunk. Not only that, but a female. We asked animal control if they thought she might be a mom. They did not think so but told us to keep an eye out. Well we saw babies out about two hours after animal control left with the cage. We had to get a new one and bate it again.
